Where the data comes from

• Markers - the Palpagos Islands and World Tree marker datasets published by paldb.cc, extracted from the Palworld 1.0 game files.
• Pal spawn data and combat drops - spawner placements, roll weights and level ranges from the game's own data tables, mirrored by PalworldDBIndex. Spawn chances are estimated from those weights. Pal combat drops come from DT_PalDropItem in the same mirror.
• Pal index and cross-checks from palworld-atlas-data (MIT © 2026 Adam Young). Unofficial fan project, not affiliated with Pocketpair.
• Items and loot - Dhampyru/Palworld-Extracted, pinned at commit d38105b4: a 1.0 DataTable extraction supplying the item lottery pools, their per-slot roll chances and the item icon asset paths.
• Item catalogue - the items index of the pinned palworld-atlas-data build 24466863 (MIT): item names, descriptions, categories, rarity, price, weight and stack size.
• Map textures - the world map and World Tree map images from the palworld-save-pal project, retiled for zoomable web use.
• Coordinate validation - in-game coordinates are produced by a single documented transform, cross-validated against a PinDrop marker snapshot: 114 of 116 fast travel points land within 10 display units, median error 0.64. The World Tree dataset has no reference set, so its display coordinates are derived with the same transform and remain unvalidated.

Data is rebuilt from the datasets rather than hand-edited, so counts on the landing pages, the sitemap and the map itself always come from the same export.
